Investment consulting is provided exclusively through Juros e Bolsa, a securities consulting firm (consultoria de valores mobiliários) authorized by Brazil's CVM (Resolution No. 19), and is paid for by the client alone — a flat fee, with no commissions or rebates.
Commodities and engineering are distinct activities, different in nature, and do not constitute investment advice.
I do not offer commodities transactions to Juros e Bolsa's consulting clients: my commodities work is directed exclusively at institutional buyers outside Brazil.
